Cancellation Policy of Face & Body Spa
Exclusively for Women

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored.  Thank you for understanding.

Candles & Plants

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to accommodate clients with appointments that follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for cost of the full session. 

Cancellations

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. Three or more cancellations within the 24 hour period will not be rebooked.

Spa Setting
Aromatherapy Oil

No-Shows

For no-show appointments, the full treatment fee will be charged before rebooking.
